Difference in running distance data between Polar product and PPP SW/ProTrainer 5
The data transferred from the Polar Running Computer to the Polar Precision Performance software (PPP SW) or to ProTrainer 5 is taken from samples in the Polar product file. That the data is transferred to software as samples can result in minor differences between the original data (on the Polar product) and the transferred data (in PPP SW/ ProTrainer 5).

If big differences occur, check on the Polar product that you have selected either a 1-second (RS400, RS800) or 5-second (S625X, S725X) recording rate, depending on your running product.

To check your recording rate:
On RS400/RS800: Select Settings - Features - Rec.rate
On S625X/S725X: Select Options - Memory set

To get the most accurate results, make sure that you have calibrated the s3 or S1 running sensor.
